Just a heads up someone on bluesky is impersonating me and trying to scam people for commissions. I do not take commissions at this time, and will post on newgrounds first when I do.

No big drawing this week, I've been feeling extremely depressed and burned out with both drawing and work. (The past couple drawings taking 25+ hours each may have contributed to this.)

I've still been quite busy this week, however. Here's a few fun sketches I've done.

General:

Felt very similar to 2023, but with a worse general state of the world both online and offline. I have personally been off the internet as much as possible to preserve my health. Other than that I have been doing quite well, with many parts of my life staying the same or improving. I have been very happy with my creative output this year, and have been trying my best and really pushing myself to draw a variety of different things and improve my fundamentals.

Health:

Still doing cardio every day - weight remains low

I attended two goth events this year - social anxiety is getting better!

Looking Forward:

I want to increase the variety of horror content I produce, with more original pieces and bonus sketches added to the usual mix of fan art.

I want to work on composition and general focus of pieces, as well as ironing out more of the jank that comes from being a self taught artist that only started learning fundamentals recently.

I also do want to try my hand at making some comics and uploading more traditional pieces - particularly with ink.

More bonus content in the form of goth and horror cosplay, miniatures, and general crafts - this will not be added to portal, but will be in the occasional news post.

My Personal site may be receiving an update later in the year...

And I wish to get outside more and experience the world. After all, without social media, I have a lot of time.

Upload days are Saturdays and Wednesdays, depending on how long a project takes.

I have a new drawing in store, but it is currently running late due to being busy for with work and holiday family events. I hope everyone is having a great holiday and I look forward to sharing even more drawings before the year is up!

My area got hit by a power outage that lasted the past 2 days. It has been restored as of a couple hours ago. This weeks drawing may be uploaded later than usual.

2023 was a great year for me!

54 uploads to the art portal were made.

Participated in the Dinosaurs Attack Collab

Flew to Philadelphia and attended the too many games meet up (I even met Tom Fulp in person!

20 novels were read.

A large number of horror movies were watched.

Many schizophrenia simulators were experienced (I played a lot of weird indie games and cult classics this year)

I have lost nearly 25% of body weight (cardio and a diet without meat or sugar will do wonders for that)

I have a job that I enjoy.

I live alone.

I now have 0 addictions - not even caffeine!

I really got into music more.

And don't you worry, I have some absolutely nightmarish drawings in store for next year...

Hello fellow internet dwellers, I hope your christmas was merry, mine certainly was. Here are some highlights of my holiday:

Happy spooky month, my fellow newgrounds users. As a resident goth creature, I figured now was a good time for an update.

Things are going exceptionally well right now.

>Every day I wake up.

>Diet and exercise have remained pristine throughout the year, have lost 40 pounds in 9 months, meaning I weigh less than I did in my mid teens.

>Acquired some new hobbies and skills (reading books, listening to alternative music, cleaning, cooking, getting more into makeup and fashion)

>Refining and experimenting already existing skills (The art gallery hopefully shows this!)

>Work as a maid IRL, nearly 6 months now! (cleaning houses is fun and I don't have to interact with others if I do not want to)

An almost complete 180 from last year, and I feel good. Never give up, and always remember happy day!
