I love the hooded neighborhood watcher and his many eyes. This looks like the home of some paranoid eldritch bureaucrat who holds a town in an iron grip.

Very nice, reminds me of the Har-Ganeth executioners from warhammer, with the skull helm and the like. I also like the red eye, give it some nice contrast.
