Reminds me of the witch king of angmar from lord of the rings, with a little bit of warhammer fantasy thrown in. The color pallet is really nice and really gives off an undead vibe. Only thing I would change is the expression, he looks a little too happy to be dead!

This is insanely creepy, in the good way. The background is top tier, but the little goblin man feels a little too robotic looking with his texture. There are also a lot of anatomical mistakes, though I think those are intentional to give the dude a creepy and uncanny vibe.

I really wouldn't want to run into this guy in my house!

thanks man, yeah the anatomical errors are on purpose. the oversized areas, i think, give the impression of growths all over his body, like tumours. i think it's an interesting effect. thanks for the compliment about the background, this is my first piece with a really developed environment. thanks for your critique

Only critique I have is the shield is a little too small and the yellow is a little too bright compared to the rest of the picture.
