You could try using some of those programs that use AI to add noise to your art that messes with AI scrapers, but that would technically mean your art is then AI after that, so yeah...

Don't remember the exact names, but there's a lot of programs nowadays that add a sort of protective filter to artwork. It doesn't show up visually, but sort of in the data. So when an AI tries to copy it, it's almost like poison. Messes with/outright prevents the generation. I think LavenderTowne did a vid about it on youtube.

Not as sure about proper legal recourse, since that varies by country and even region, but if they're as brazen as to use your specific name you might have a case. Might sound silly, but also maybe just ask that it be taken down? The text on the picture says to "support the artist." (I think. It's very small.) It's probably just fake niceness to act as a shield, but on the off chance this really was a fan that didn't realize this would come off the wrong way, a DM might be enough to solve the problem. And circling back to the legal option, if ya try being civil and they reject that, chat logs proving as much might help if arguing a case.

Maybe, anyways. I'm just some guy on the internet. For what it's worth your macabre style is what drew us all in and bot-slop can't replicate it. Even the pictures prove it. Yeah some details are similar but it's too... clean. Doesn't have that iconic grime to it. The soul. Guarantee ya people would still pay top dollar for commissions.
